Vanishing Point finds a home

As some of you know, Art House — its theatre, offices and gallery — suffered significant damage following burst water pipes and flooding. The exhibition I co-curated with Arthur Bruso, Vanishing Point, had been installed in the gallery and we were just days from our opening reception on February 18. With water pouring into the gallery our team worked quickly to remove the artwork and relocate it. Miraculously none of the art was damaged. We’re feeling fortunate, but there is a lot of work ahead of us to restore our facility. In the meantime, we've found a home for this wonderful exhibition in the former the Jersey City Museum. Thanks to JCMC/Barnabas Health for generously hosting the reinstallation of Vanishing Point at 350 Montgomery Street in downtown Jersey City. We'll be open Wednesday, Thursdays, and Fridays 4:30 to 7pm until April 15, 2015
